Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

First things first, reboot the laptop.

Secondly, if you still have trouble, see if you can connect using a cable. If you can connect with a cable, then it sounds like your wireless settings are screwed.

Let us know how you get on.

No, you just need to restart the laptop.

    Hi

Try downloading and running the Winsockfix utility.

This may resolve the problem if it turns out to be an IP issue.

But try using the direct wired connection first!!
