On General Election 2007 Boards that is. Have the moderators gone voting a day late?

    Careful now!

Its to be expected, the average boardsie is about 20 and still thinks the world owes him or her a living. The idea that FF is a good idea or at least a less bad one than Labour/SF/Socialist/Green party etc is beyond them.

    Mike.

It'll all die down within a few days, I wouldn't worry overly about it. Though a culling has been necessary for some time in my (biased) opinion.

I know, I can't bring myself to join that forum. Far too much flaming and trolling is tolerated there for my tastes.

Can be an amusing read at times though. :)

I love this. This view is pretty much exactly as ignorant as the "aaah its only old people who voted for FF" that people are complaining about on other threads.

but don't listen to me, i'm only 21 and obviously really left wing and yeah, People before profit/Greens/labour and no one else etc.

Always the possibility that people made an informed decision that suited their lifestyle and politics, but it happened to differ from yours, no?

(actually even I don't believe that even half of the people in this country made an informed vote, but meh)

I, at least, am talking about the immature trolling and cries of "oh the country is doomed". I've got no problem with people who hold opposite opinions to me, I've got problems with people who believe that only their opinion is valid. There has been plenty of this on all sides during this election on this forum.

And how is this a mature post or opinion?

Any more borderline trolling from you and you won't be able to gloat in here anymore is that understood!

I was in Grumpy Old Man mode (increasingly the default setting I find).

    Mike.
