Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone know of any judo or jiu-jitsu classes in Clare? There used to be one in the West County Hotel in Ennis but it disbanded a while ago I think.

I've tried a couple of striking arts, TKD mainly, but having short, stubby legs ain't too much of an advantage for kicking so I'm looking for summit else.

Any other MMA-style training in and around the area?
