Hi, I know this isn't a medical forum but I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice on a pain I have in my left arch in the morning and when running. I've had lots of trouble with both my i-bands before but this seems to have cleared up with exercising but the pain in my arch has developed since then. Cheers.
