Hey Kelly what do you drive that gets you to the City Centre in 5 mins.

Would Jasper & Slaps be willing to taxi for €4 a trip. & I'm sure Pat Russell would do it for less :D:D

Kelly, once again the Macau has scheduled its next league final on this weekend. Can u contact Ken and ask him to change as he prob wont take any notice of me! This is seriously ridiculous as it will once again cost ur tourney 10 - 15 players.

Little bit of a coincidence that  especially as it happened once before, and the Waterford date has been set for so long.

Nevertheless I am confident that Ken will change his date once he spots his error. Big Slick, J P Poker and also the Cue Club have changed dates when they clashed with another major event.

Surely the Cork players once again won't be denied the opportunity to play in a European ranked event. Also a number of Waterford players have been good supporters of the Macau so I would hope sense will prevail in this instance for the good of poker.

Ive Text Ken Caoimh , I had already let him know that this event was on this date so hopefully he can change this time , It would be a pity not to have ye down here as this will be a sell out this time , And the Craic will be unreal so hopefully he can do us a favour

Any word back from the Macau yet, are they willing to change their date.

I thought you previously mentioned to me that they were aware of your Winter Festival dates and had not yet decided on the date for their League Final, is that correct :confused:

When you say "I had already let Ken know" was this before he had set his date. If so it appears that the Macau have deliberately clashed with your date AGAIN. Very strange.:confused::confused::confused:

Not getting into a bitter thing dave mate , As we have our dates set and cannot change . Its a pity as this will be a sell out this year but we could have done with the Cork crew for the banter and craic , Its not just us that miss out but Poker and the cork players in general ... I have to leave it at this and not make a meal of it . I like Ken and the Macau but i dont have any say here

Any chance Ken from the macau might reply to this :confused:

do other players have any input into this problem, like it's the second time the Macau League final has clashed with a Big Slick event. Big Slick event date has been decided a long time ago with Hotels , Dealers etc. already booked. Surely the Macau, as an internal fixture can hold it any weekend so why deliberately clash & deny your own Cork members the chance to play a European ranked event.

I AWAIT A REPLY FROM THE MACAU

    that is complete tripe imo.

why would Neill be deliberately clashing with your dates??? its costing him players to do it and makes no sense.

Neill and Nicky Power have always been Macau supporters on here, about the only 2 non Cork players that are by the way, and defended your club when the whole of boards was bad mouthing it.
