Officially the first week of July.

Try the weekend of 30 Jun/1 Jul tho; might be up.

According to the academic calendar on the UL website they'll be available in early July so as kaimera says around the first week. As for letters about failure/repeats I think they're sent out after the various grading committees have met which is going to be mid June again according to the academic calendar
