Flea Treatments

Hi all. My new pup Esri is crawling with fleas and I put Stronghold flea treatment on her. Does she have to stay out all the time now she's being treated (after the treatment drying) or is it ok for her to be in after that time period? Do the fleas die straight away basically or will i have a flea infestation in the house!…
