Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'd raise a little more preflop. You dont really want the blinds calling with ATC. He only bets 1400 into 4500 pot on the turn. I think youre ahead here and he maybe has 7dxd. I'd probably push the turn not fold it. Just my opinion but its a tough call with no reads

No Eamonn. I'm on a months break from poker both live and online. The only 2 games i'll be playing are the 2 WSOP qualifiers in the SE. Good luck tonight

    That will never last Tony!!!

Did you play in drogheda this weekend??

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,394 ✭✭✭robinlacey

    i'm playing table 234

i was down to 2k after i rivered a set against someone who had flopped a higher set but was unconcerned with getting value from it,back up to 10k now,few calling stations at my table so hopefully i can catch some cards...

It has to last!! I've taken a few big hits over the last 2 months and i paid into the ME in drogheda and dropped another 800 in the cash game out there. One stupid hand overplaying AK preflop wwas the final straw for me! That along with my Credit card being frauded all points towards taking a break.

Hopefully i'll come back in *July a newer better player after a long stretch on the sidelines!

    *Edit!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,535 ✭✭✭30something

nice double up there robin, he calls with KJ, what a donk!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 568 ✭✭✭58o

was on 16000 8 mins ago now on 1200 thanks to missing a 15 outer . The other guy should have folded too.

Edit. Actually it was a 16 outer. I call a raise on button with AsQs. Flop 5h Js Ks. He bets, i reraise, he tanks i call, he has 10h 10c and i miss my gazillion outs. What a tool. Comfortable tu busto like that.

    not at all!

i only had a low pocket pair,i just didnt think he'd check behind when he hit his A on the turn,so i figured he must have TT-KK,and he's got 200k in winnings on thepokerdb.com so i figured he'd be good enough to fold.

Ye you've not been as involved, that jjjanet keeps requesting time, slowing it down but with bubble approaching isnt too bad i guess

would you step up your agression when the bubble passes?

da69kid still in and comfortable enough!

it drives me crazy when people stall around the bubble,i don't care about scraping into the money at all,and when i'm waiting for a hand i want the game to go as fast as i can....

i'm not playing tight cause its the bubble,i just haven't had a chance to do anything for the last while.
