energy prices and farming?

Just curious what ye are finding on the ground with respect to price increase for your fuel and other inputs? I am personally very interested in energy issues going forward and am very aware of the fact that most fertilisers have a high energy content and that in the US anyway feed suppliers are having to compete with ethanol producers for materials like corn thus pushing up prices. Are prices for your outputs going up as well or if this is a longer term problem will certain farmers switch production?

As an aside I am of the view that we are going to reach peak oil in a few years, if you’ve ever thought about it , how would it affect the economics or stability of you businesses?
