Urgently need copy of Block Insurance for the Wood

Hi Guys, Does anybody happen to have a copy of the Block Insurance for Charleland Wood buildings for this year. My mortgage company is looking for it. Any help would be appreciated!

If it's block insurance, then shouldn't your solicitor be able to supply this, as it's part of the lease?

Apparantly it ran out in April so they want the new one.

You might try your Property Managers. You pay for your block insurance as part of your Management Fee, so they should have the relevant paperwork.
