    Right so.
After a couple of posts and a lot of thoughts I've come to the following conclusion.
Im going to buy a case - Antec 900.
and mod my old QTEC one.

This is the first time I've done any modding
so at least if I trash the QTEC one at least
I have a machine still running. Plus I get
to tinker around with the 900.

    :)

Sorry guys, should have posted what I've done with the qtec.

Firstly behind the front silver bezel there was a fan mount but
no hole for the air so I cut that out and put in led fan.

The side panel had lots of vents - tiny slits with a metal piece in between,
so I cut those. The case is steel - it took two dremel disks.

Put in an led fan at the back too.

The HD light changes from green to blue when the HD is in use which is nice.

Ok I know its not the greatest but it'll get there.
I want to change it, but need a working PC hence the Antec 900.
Thanks for the tip about the filter btw.

Heres a couple of pics of the QTEC.
