Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What exactly is the Masters list about? I see banks etc mentioned, so at a guess I would say it was to do with recovering money etc?

And what exactly does ANOR stand for? e.g COMMISSIONER OF AN GARDA SIOCHANA & ANOR

Been doing a bit of reading on Courts.ie :) and wondering about the terminology

Masters list is cases before the Master of the High Court

The Master of the High Court has power to deal with preliminary matters (such as discovery) and can also grant judgement in certain circumstances (e.g. uncontested summary summonses).

and another is what that means, sometimes used in u.s. jusgements as & al,
