I am leaving Ireland, the new tenants want to keep my NTL contract and for me it's fine because I have not been 1 year with NTL yet. Now by phone NTL told me it is ok, I need to send a letter with both signature. By mail - I contacted them today because I have probs with them billing me wrongly since the first day - they tell me I need to close my account and they need to open a new one. They add that it is better because my account has probs in their system... :mad:
