Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

One thing that has just dawned on me... I didn't sign any contract when purchasing the modem... so consequenly I have no paperwork to say I have an actual contract with 3...

Is this normal with 3? I remember having to sign contracts when signing up with Vodafone for my mobile...

I was not previously a 3 customer - so they have no prior contracts with me.

You don't need to sign a contract, you still agreed to it. Besides, 12 months is quite reasonable.

Agreed, and no complaints from here as of yet - just kinda funny that they don't got your John Hancock... just wondering if there'd be some recourse over a disputed bill because of this...
