I know there was a thread a while back on this but I can't be arsed to dig it up so anyway with the English exam a week away today what is your favourite quote from Macbeth?

As for the actual great, non-funny ones..generally a few in each scene..love the language.

my two most favourite are lesser known quotes that aptly sum up a lot of the play:

"his great love, like his spur, hath holp him" - Duncan (super-irony FTW)
"nought's had, all's spent where our desire is got without content" - Lady Macbeth
