Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

can anyone help me. Is there a dual legal profession in Germany, i.e. like the one that we have here in Ireland solicitors and barristers?

and does anyone know how I could go about contacting a german barrister if such a thing exists!

    thanks:)

as far as I remember there is no dual legal system in Germany. There is just the solicitor (Rechtsanwalt).
But they are usually specialised, like for criminal, civil or whatever causes.

Where in Germany do you need a barrister/solicitor? And what for? You can tell me about it by pm if you wish.

I know a German solicitor in Ireland who is registered in Ireland and Germany. She certainly can make contact with a German collegue.
