New Zealand/Hong Kong

    Just got a job near wellington, in New Zealand. Starts mid september, but I'm gonna go out there for 2 weeks beforehand with a mate to have a look around.

    Gonna go to Hong Kong first for about 4 days

    Then onto Auckland in NZ for about 5 days

    Then onto Wellington for about 5 days

    Was wondering if anybody had been to any of these places and could reccomend A) places to stay and B) cool things to do

    Job itself is in Palmerston North, so I'd be doubly impressed if anybody could tell me anything about the town there too. I'm only going to be there for 3 months before I move on, so not the end of the world if it's a bit of a kip :P
