RAM for DFI Lanparty UT nF4 ULTRA-D

I'd like to buy some [ 1gb / 2gb ] ram [ www.shop4memory.com ] for my PC, but dunno what would be best for my rig :

AMD Athlon 64 3500+
DFI Lanparty UT nF4 Ultra-D
ASUS EN 6800
! 256 ram ddr @ 400Mhz !


Any suggestions ?

Oh... and i'd like to buy a new HDD , even 80GB will do ... [ www.elara.ie ] ..

As for HD, post up on adverts.ie and you'll get plenty of offers. Or check the computer hardware for sale section. 80gb IDE or sata are very cheap at the moment. Do you know which type you need ?
