Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Is there a method for working out, who is telling the truth.

Any pointers etc., would be gratefully accepted.

I know it's not too easy, but I work with some people that I think are blind, and obviously they think I am blind, so is there a method for helping them see who is telling the truth?

I am talking about attidudes about Chavez just now, but I really want a general recommendation on how people can work out who is telling the truth.

First, figure out how to define truth.

Logic is the best mechanism for finding a flaw in an argument. But, it has its limitations.
    Some things are just subjective.

Here's a good article I came across recently:

26 Reasons What You Think is Right is Wrong

It's a useful place to start when examining where errors might have crept into your reasoning.
