Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Girl Talk are great if you like hip hop at all (check out the fantastic "Night Ripper" album)
Mcsleazy is pretty good... I have a few of his "press play and record" sets if you can't find any yourself

Well chief, a mash up is mixing 2 or more tracks together to create a new track completely. It is distinct from just mixing a set, i.e. one track after another. Best defined by examples:

Snow patrol vs police - every car you chase (partyben)
Mousse T vs Dandy warhols - Horney as a dandy (Loo and placido)
Mylo vs miami sound machine - Dr pressure (Phil 'n' dog) <- he was well shafted on that one by mylo.
I have an interest in mashups (also known as bootlegs) and have a gazillion of them on my hard drive. It should be noted that 99.99% of them are made without artists consent and are thus "illegal". this is why you rarely hear them on the radio.
