Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

can anyone recommend me some nice shoes to buy for casual going out? Im totally clueless. and the shops these days are just full of shoes that are practically runners
Ive had a pair of kangol black slip ons with a buckle (neat not nig and shiny) and a pair of dubarry goretex deck shoes for like 10 yrs each so its time for a change.
Im mid 20s and usually wear jeans and a shirt out.
Im thiking just another pair of black slip ons with a neat buckle?
    any help or links?

If you're a guy and wear slip ons with a buckle you're a bit stuck in the 1980s I think. It basically depends on what type of jeans cut you prefer. For example if you like boot cut, Black Chelsea boots that aren't overly shiny look good under jeans I think. Check google images to see various styles. It is very hard to find nice men's shoes but have a look around: French Connection, Debenhams (some of the designer styles), TK Maxx (on odd occasions) can have some good stuff.
