im fairly sure you need to do it by CC or through your bank.

I rang and asked about this and was asked if it was a gambling site. I told him it wasn't but that I could use it to transfer to a gambling site. He said "well then you can't deposit to it". He didnt want to hear any more and just kept telling me "If it's a gambling site you cant deposit to it". I hung up and never tried it.
