Hi i am interested in setting up a film studio and registering it as a business but i was wondering to do this do u have toown the premises.For example if i was filming mainly in an apartment that i was renting then i am assumeing i would need permission from the owner of the apartment,if i had his/her permission could i…

Hi i am interested in setting up a film studio and registering it as a business but i was wondering to do this do u have toown the premises.For example if i was filming mainly in an apartment that i was renting then i am assumeing i would need permission from the owner of the apartment,if i had his/her permission could i then register my company and legally form a film studio operating from the apartment,because at the moment i live at home with my family and it would not be big or private enough to set up a studio and i cant afford to buy a place so i will need to rent.so can aybody help with this??
