Just from curiousity do boards.ie have any control over what ads Google put in the place holders at the top of the page.

I ask because one of the ads today was for a well known Internet scam which has roots in Ireland. Surely the admins of boards.ie wouldn't be seen to condone such activities would they ?

The ad was for 60minutemoney.com and ironically searching in google turns up some interesting information about the scam. Anyone going to the site should avoid entering their real email address - I used not@chance.ie :D

    Just curious!

Report it to google. The will remove the advert. In the caes where it isn't spam but not appropriate (eg. Ninja ads in a kittencake forum) then google change it so it won't show up.
