Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

AV Furniture

    Does anyone have any recommendations for some decent AV furniture that can be bought in Ireland? I have had no joy really so far but it looks like the UK have plenty of good options. I do not want to go down the Argos route :)

    Okay well, what type of AV Furniture do you want to get? If it is the likes of stands for tellys, then currys do this black glass stand €200 or €125 wbw any telly, they also have the same size table in clear class, the price is a little dearer though. If you could give us a rough idea of what type of AV Furniture you were looking for it would help a lot.

    Sorry, i should of been clearer in my original post. What i would be looking for is a stand that can hold a LCD TV, an amp, a center speaker, dvd player, satellite box and an xbox. I have been using a unit from Argos which is somewhat struggling with that kit at the moment!

    There are sereno stands that are in currys, dixons and pc world that might help you out.

    Thanks for that. Found a really nice unit in Domus over the weekend which i may end up getting, Once it fits in my new house of course!
