    Doncha just love Irish weather!

Well thats the good thing about campers isnt it, you can head off at the drop of a hat when the weather is good.
I reckon we'll be heading in the Kerry direction on Friday.

Dont know what weather everybody is talking about. Okay, saturday was poor. We went to the Burren. Saw the sights and stayed in Doolin and it rained all the time. Nice site by the way. Well run and the WC and showers were clean.

Sunday, Monday and Today we moved up to Renvyle and the weather was just brillant. Got sunburnt on top of the head and went bodyboarding with the lads. Had a Bar B Q with the new portable and sat out in the sun with a glass of vino till 23.00 when the midges drove us in. What more else does a body need?

We were thinking about going away fore the W/e but Friday and Sat was absolutely horrible, so we stayed at home.
Which was fine ...because we could enjoy the really brilliant Monday without having to drive back from wherever in the heat (plus some overdue gardening got done on a comfortably overcast Sunday)

Friday > Rosses point. Rain = wine...

Saturday> Ballyshannon for the Rory Gallagher & then stayed in Bundoran.

Monday / Tuesday in Lough Key Forest Park.
Great for kids - loads of walks & good playground. Couldn't stay in campsite (the only night we wanted to) as the gate was closed & office closes at 6pm so i'm to believe there's no warden there. so we parked up in the car park our selves & a hymer. Next day in the afternoon there was a sign up - "no overnight camping"!!!
