    "Juan Sheet".

Supposed to be funny-but just pure downright corny.

But "Doooonal" woman is perfectly ok?

I hate both ads, but it just annoys me as they paint her for being fine to be an utter cnut, yet he has to get his come uppance in the other ad.

Think we are talking about two different ads

The amazon ad with the kindle and the guy ring cust services for advice.

The Johnnie Walker ad is a direct copy of Bulmers/Magners, it even has the same actor and premise!

Meteor advert for €20 off all smart phones.

Dumbarse actor: "€20 of all smartphones?"

Pretentious D4 acting wannabee: "Well it is Christmas."

    No it isn't... It's the 17th of f**king November. :mad::mad::mad:

I love that song in the Meteor ad.

    Danger Zone?

I HATE that ad.. Aside from the over-hyping of 4G (which will never be as fast/stable/reliable as they make out), they've hijacked a classic 80's anthemn to do it.

This is where that song belongs:

The Boots Christmas ad-whose brilliant idea was it to reinvent an 80s anthem about a gay teenager being beaten up and run out of town as a cheery Christmas song?

The Allianz ad that says we all go "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalianz" insurance.
More realistic if we had an insurance company that started with "SHHHIIIIIII......." or "ssshhhyyyyy....":D

    Jesus that's an awful ad!

You're not going to be who you're expected to be anymore? Cos I'd be expecting you to be a vacuous pretentious arrogant little preening ****wipe, she you haven't upset those expectations yet!

I mean, who is he meant to be? Why is there a press conference and what, eh, what's with the walls? Perfume ads are weird faux-symbolist pretentious nonsense at the best of Times...maybe it's to suggest a smell, or something intangible and aspirational. But that ad? It smells like it's enjoying its own farts a little too much.

This special case got to go home due to her lack of sleep, have a doctor visit her and have her antibiotics given to her through a drip.

No, that's Niamh, and the accent is not put on. That's just how they talk down in the Real Capital! :D

Bejasus-it almost sounds like she is singing that one word with the way she drags it out!!!

The Electric Ireland ad with the people all dancing around wearing '70s costumes annoys me. What bugs me in particular is the look on the face of the floppy-haired Abercrombie zombie who peers around the open door. It's like the facial expression equivalent of the word "what-EVV-errrr" - a mixture of apathy and contempt for these people (and who are they anyway? the parents' mates?)

Yes I know he's just an actor, and for all the world maybe even a very nice guy, but I still can't help wanting to wipe that expression off his face with my fist!
