Adverts you despise

Oh my God. This is the advert I despise most of all (well, at the moment anyway). It's the Cheese Strings ad. I don't exactly get what the ad. is all about but it appears to be chesse strings hiding out in trees or at the side of a football pitch and making ridiculous string-style noises. At the end it shows a telephone with a glass of milk on top of it but instead of the phone going "ring ring" it goes "string string". Anyone know the ad. that I'm on about. It's brutal beond belief.

That Baby Bell ad really ****ing annoys me. As well as using the most overused quote from Jaws "We're gonna need a bigger bucket".. yeah funny lads how long did it take to think that one up..

The feedback at the end of the ad makes me want to do an Alex Higgens on the telly. I mean surely feedback should not be allowed on advertisements ffs.. like scratching a blackboard with your nails..

The Babybel ads always irritated me with their ripoff of Barbara Ann.

Until I was 12 I grew up in a house with 2 channels. When I was 12 and a half we moved to a house that could pick up 4 channels. I'm 23 now and have experienced sky for the last few months. I can honestly say that if I see another insurance ad I am going to kick the tv in. And I love the tv. The Churchill ads are utterly infuriating.

do ya know what ad is really starting to grind my gears, the national loittery one with the jazz singer "woke up dis morning...feeling blue...etc"..it is kind of funny, but my gawd its been played to a death at this stage.
and while im on the subject, 11-8-50 adverts...please..just stop them entirely.

I said yesterday after seeing it that even though there is no Xtravision in my town, and even though I very rarely go to the video shop (it will never be the dved shop) I am boycotting them forever after that ad.

There are 2 ads bugging me at the mo....

1) The Persil ad that was just on TV3......."mums are people who buy you a cricket bat" :eek: What country do they think TV3 broadcasts to ?

2) The Dell advert that's running on both Irish & UK channels, with a price difference of €150 for the same laptop : £349 vs €499 :eek:

Thanks Dell.....shafting loyal workers due to a management / cost decision is one thing, but ripping us off by charging almost 50% extra ?

Was considering buying a Dell laptop but now ? Not a hope!

Now that there's no Irish jobs at stake I hope they never sell another computer with that rip-off.

What an utterly sh1t and pointless ad it is, between this and Limerick Ill get my families pcs and laptops in Aldi and Lidl from now on.

After being sick and pretty much stuck inside for a week I have watched so much TV and I need to vent!!

1. That bloody Xtra Vision ad is the most annoying ad I have ever seen in my life, Even though it's only like 15 seconds long it feels like an eternity!!
It was like they got some person off the street in Dublin and just threw them the line and that was it..

2. That stupid "I want to do a poo in Pauls house"..... Seriously??
I actually just don't know how to take that ad.

3. The Cheestring ad which I have NO IDEA what the hell it's about, Are they making out Cheestrings are crazy creatures that stalk people in tree's or at a match on on your birthday in a park??
Like seriously I would have loved to been a fly on the wall in that pitching!!

4. Not so much but that Donar Kebab flavoured Pot Noodle ad,
At the moment its not THAT annoying but I just know if I saw it more than once a day I would end up throwing the tv out the window!!
