lastmile upgrade not working now

    Hi all

    Has anyone had their lastmile BB upgraded to WiMax lately . If you have are you able to access the internet now .

    I got my upgraded last week and am now unable to access the net . I can ping lastmiles router and get a reply from that ok . I also get given an ip , subnet and gateway by the router .

    I can ping all of them just can't get internet access at all .

    Does anyone know if i have to change any settings from the old ones i had before the upgrade
