I know theres loads of threads with insurance but I couldn't find one about this company.

A friend gave me the number 0818222555 he said their cheaper than alot he is only 22 driving a 1.3 not even a year he got a quote for 1,250 then again he could be talking sh!te.

Anyone else with this company? Antime I ring they say please hold then after awhile waiting it ring's then like someone answer's they hang up straight away without talking like they pick it up then just put it down:confused: , the phone call isnt the cheapest either.

Whilst I don't know the company personally, Google throws up the following:
Top Quote Direct, Kitloy, Letterkenny, County: Donegal, tel: 074 9102170
They're listed as a broker for most of the insurance companies.

Try the 074 number and let us know if you have any joy.
FYI, 0818 is just a national rate phone number , same as phoning
Dublin from Donegal on a landline.

    Hoops, PM sent.

Gran Hermano, if you wouldn't mind, could you possibly post or PM that Google link with the 074 number as it is a wrong number?

The contact info on that site is correct. The info Gran Hermano came upon is wrong, so was wondering where he saw it.

I just did a google on the following:
    "top quote" donegal

and spotted the Donegal address and phone number which I
    pasted in my original post.
    www.browseireland.com/Business/Banking_and_Finance/Insurance__Life__Pensions_Brokers_and_Advisors/index.shtml

RSA have them listed on their site as a broker:
    ttp://www.royalsunalliance.ie/rsa/broker/IBA_brokers_donegal.htm

whois lists www.raineygibson.ie as the parent company
(it opens the same site as topquotedirect.com)

I was insured with them about 8 or 9 years ago - they are brokers. Reasonable in the first year then they were looking for more than twice the amount the following year so never bothered trying them again.
