[Eve] Irish meet up?

Was thinking we should organise a real life meet up. Cocktails of an evening etc. We could meet up for some drinks and drink... not much more to it. Unless we want to all bail into an 24hr net cafe and go ganking together (know a place with eve installed).

If enough interest is shown I'll post on the meet up section on eve-o.

I lived in Dublin for 2 years, after I left I promised myself I would never go back. I fully intend to keep that promise. Although it would be gas all of us in the pub chatting about Brutix set-ups and stuff.

The question is where and when?

City centre is obviously the handiest, but perhaps not the most enjoyable.
If we are doing the city centre then I'd say dicey rileys perhaps, massive beer garden out the back with plenty of room. Although I'm open to suggestions??

how about a lan party in someones house and we get in a few trays??

If we go with the whole "Cocktails" theme we could go to Capitol. €4.95 for all cocktails before 12. I would suggest the porterhouse but it isn't suitable for a gathering of more than 8/10 people.

Seriously... NEVER EVER let you wife/mum/girlfriend etc go near EvE! An unfortunate incident happened to a corp mate of mine. His mum was messing around on his computer while he was running EvE, she clicked on undock the screen went black (she panics & doesn't know what to do) and then his ship went OMGWTFBBQPWNd!! to a war target
