    Hello all!

Sorry about the delay I have been assembling it and perfecting the past weekend. I have pictures of the boxes, unfortunatly I did not have the camera available to take pictures during, but I shall takes pictures of inside the case and my work area.

I'll be taking these pictures later today (Monday) and am away on Tuesday to Portugal for 2 weeks ;)

Yes I know, but it's something to look foward to! Normally one would hate coming back from holidays if you know what I mean.

    Pictures tommorrow!

Cool, I got a look at the mouse, sucks we(EU) get messed up(very bright) textures :(

This version of G5 looks much better tbh.

I never understood why they opted for one side mouse button on the 1st gen G5. Best mouse I have ever used, like the look of the gen2.

EDIT: Beautiful setup Deaddude, a good benchmark for anyone looking at a top gaming rig *hint hint*

Still not mad on some of your peripheral choices, but they are only peripherals so its far more about comfort, etc. especially if you have sweaty hands, tho a sponge and bucket would have worked out just as well, har har!

FURTHER EDIT: Just lookin at your actual basket. Man, I can't get over difference in price between komplett and hardwareversand.de. You can buy a Club3D GTX for €457 on HV while the Gainword GTX costs €575! And your HV order probably would have arrived the day you got back :D

damn why won't they make a left handed G5

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,504 ✭✭✭✭DirkVoodoo

Just turn your left hand upside down, stretch your fingers back (may have to break them, don't forget duct tape to hold them together!) and voila! you now have a right-handed, left-hand.

    ^ LOL

But really I'm a southpaw, and I liked MX700 so much I switched, it was hard at first but now I've gotten so used to it, it's indestinguishable(sp?) for me.

One odd thing though, when I switched I found it more comfy to hold mouse with 3 fingers on top rather than 2 when I held it with left hand. And Most mice are intended to be held that way anyway so i'm happy.

slightly OT but most people who actually think they are left or right handed usually exhibit cross-dominance (not ambidextrous) meaning they prefer one hand over the other, but if thought, can use their weaker hand for other tasks. Thats why a lot of supposed left handed people (actually mixed-handedness) can use a mouse with their right hand. A true leftie, like myself, cannot teach their right hand to use a mouse at all.

I could actually lose my right hand and not miss it, its basically used as a workhorse for shifting things or holding things in place.

Maybe you should get it replaced with something more useful and stylish, like a cupholder or a screwdriver for all those builds you do.

    "Gaming glove"?

Admit it man, you're just buying it so you can have a **** and not bother to wipe your hand afterward.
