Just wondering, since people always seem to say to eat sweets to keep your energy up, but say if you eat sweets in the first hour will you slump after? Will sugar make you hyper and lose concentration? Just wondering since I know nothing about this kind of stuff...

    I don't think they're necessary but who doesn't like sweets? :D

A sugar burst will only give you a short spurt of energy, but to be honest we have been eating sweets all our lives and have partially become immune. (Unless you're planning on eating a bag of sugar) :D

If it helps you concentrate I say eat away!

When you're starting to feel a bit tired, have a sweet. Or a drink of water. That's what I've done for the first three days anyway.

Cool :) I've been eating fruit pastilles all through my exams haha... Even if it doesn't help at least it breaks the monotony of writing :)
