Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Seems like the right forum to post this. I just bought one but it came without insctructions. Is there anything special you need to do to maintain them or do you just plug em in and let them do their thing?

i would imagine that there would be different settings for it. Try the shop where you bought it and they may be able to give you a copy of the instructions from another boxed unit or alternatively google the manufacturer's web site.
