Database tool - Converting an Access Database to MSSQL

I have a client who is looking to build a data warehouse. This person has an excellent grasp of MS Access and knows the data model he wants to build.

I would like to get the person to design the database in Access which he is comfortable with. My question is whether there are any good tools out there for converting an Access database to MSSQL.

The main requirements are:
Convert Tables
Convert the Relationships between tables

There should not be any other artifacts such as reports, forms, etc etc.

I had a quick google but the first couple I looked at did not convert relationships.

There should be an Upscaling Wizard within Access, probably on the tools menu which as far as I can remember does the job.
