Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ok, so i got an o2 bill pay phone a few months ago, and i was wondering if there is anyway to get out of the 12 months contract. Can you pay a cancellation fee or something?

I just picked a bad package, as i dont really use it that much.

you can drop to the lowest tariff after you've been in the contract 6 months. its €20 for 40 minutes and 50 texts.

if you really want to get rid of it you have to pay your monthly commitment times the number of months you have left. better to just drop your tariff imo

I agree with Vimes ... drop to the lowest tariff and let the contract run til it ends - you might want or need the inclusive mins/texts down the road and you'll regret paying them off.

Do ring customer care though first and see (a) how much it would cost to cancel - at least you'll have the info then and (b) is there a better priceplan you could be on (note that this may renew you to 12 months though).
