Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problems with Brother MFC 620CN Scanner

    Hi all,

    Have a problem that is driving me nuts at the moment. I have a Brother MFC 620CN scanner, with a function that allows a document to be scanned into an Email Client (Outlook Express). However it is not working...

    I'm getting an error message saying "Failed to operate the file (Code CC023)". I've tried enabling the TWAIN driver for the scanner but this has not made any difference.(Default is WIA). I can't find a single thing on Brothers website relating to this code, and googles not much help either.

    I've adjusted all the configuration settings, including setting Outlook Express as the default mail client in the Brother software but its going nowhere. Any ideas on what to try next?
