ECAP - The appeals body which seemed more like a forum where ComReg could withdraw their regulations and claim it was the will of the Court, has now been abolished. Instead of speeding up appeals, it in fact seemed to slow them down and there was always the ability to appeal the findings to the Courts anyway. I'm sure a…

ECAP - The appeals body which seemed more like a forum where ComReg could withdraw their regulations and claim it was the will of the Court, has now been abolished. Instead of speeding up appeals, it in fact seemed to slow them down and there was always the ability to appeal the findings to the Courts anyway. I'm sure a lawyer or two shed a tear.
