Does anyone know of a brand of gelatine that is not pork based. Almost all gelatine I see in the shops is pork based. I have tried the Veg-Gel alternatives but the results have been rubbish. Does anyone know of a brand of gelatine that is not pork based. Almost all gelatine I see in the shops is pork based. I have tried the Veg-Gel alternatives but the results have been rubbish.

Making complex desserts, a lot of the recipes require leaf gelatine. Veg-Gel does not come in a leaf and does not perform in the same way. It needs to be heated to activate it.

I have tried searching for kosher gelatine but usually draw a blank.
