Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recently noticed a very large bike shed in Heuston in the car park near platform 7/8. Does anyone know how secure it is - anyone here use it for keeping bikes overnight - I am sick of paying for the Luas and Bus into town and would prefer to use a bike

bike is yer only man. the luas is gettign worse by the day. I've been using it the last 2 weeks, leaving the bike overnight and all weekend. Can't say how safe it is but so far so good. I dunno if there's cctv there.

Get yourself a cheap bike and an expensive lock.

This is currently the best bike lock on the market:
Kryptonite New York Fahgettaboudit Mini U-Lock
    http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=18394

and this is the best cheap alternative (not as good as the Kryptonite above, but far better then most crap locks sold in most stores):
    OnGuard Pitbull Mini U Lock
    http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=19088

I know this as I spent some time yesterday reading reviews for different locks, so maybe you can save some time doing the same.
