Problems with line in North dublin?

Anyone having phone line problems in north dublin?? Clontarf area? We're with Talk Talk for calls, Broadband with eircom , and for the last week and a half have been unable to even get a dial tone. No outgoing or incoming calls at all. Have called both talk talk and eircom but haven't gotten a straight answer out of either…

A week and a half?? Lodge an official complaint! That kind of nonsense won't continue if you put your foot down.

You should have had an engineer out a week ago, if eircom were doing their job as outlined in their USO requirements.
