Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can someone advise how you can change the status of the Grand Soul Gems. I have about 10 of the f**ers, all different levels - petty, grand, common etc. I need 5 empty ones - change I change the status?? I need help (in more ways than one). Thanks in advance.

You cannot change there type between petty, common, grand etc although a grand soul gem can contain a lower lever soul such as a common one. The cheapest place for finding empty ones is in the mages guilds where you'll just find them lying around waiting to be taken, some traders occasionally have gems for sale as well though.

There is an elder scrolls forum but yeah robin is right I don't think you can change them.

apologies for posting in wrong thread.
Thanks a mill for that.
My heed is wrecked trying to find the empty ones.
Plus i got banned from the Mages guild and set an impossible task for robbing stuff (which I had to do to get into the theives guild!).

managed in the end to simply buy them off a wizard shop - must become more readily available when you ascend to higher levels. My tip if you cant find them is live with Vampirism as long as you can until you can just buy the f**kers (ok its not really a hint)

yeah as you go in to more and more dungeons they become more available

i take it u need em for the cure for vampirism quest u can find them in cases around the arcane university or buy them in the shop next to slash n clash in the imperial city
