Networking Xbox wirelessly

Hi
I am in the process of setting up my xbox wirelessly in my home.
I currently have a wireless router in my kitchen connected to the telephone line which feeds 2 seperate PC's via PCI cards.
This is working perfectly.
My Xbox is in my living room .
I would like to connect the Xbox to the internet .
I will have to connect it wirelessly as it is too messy via a cable.
I think a wireless ethernet bridge is required.
I have a spare TP-Link wireless access point and I'm wondering could I use this instead of a bridge or will it not be suitable ?
Any advice is appreciated

Depends on the type of router you have. It would need to support WDS which is not common or easy to use.

If your router does not support WDS, an ethernet-to-wifi bridge would be the better option in terms of cost and ease of use.
