Poor quality uploading to YouTube

    Hi I've been having problems with video quality when uploading to YouTube.
    I put this video up lately but was pretty disappointed with the results

    I used YouTubes recommended settings.. 1 mbps, 320x240, mp3 sound etc...

    I'm using adobe premier pro 2 to edit and render. Anybody got some settings that work well for them?

    Looks normal enough to me for Youtube :)

    This link is geared to FCP users but you might get some tips.
