Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

'Insert correct USIM' - Sony-Ericsson W850i

Hey, I bought a phone on eBay (Sony-Ericsson W850i) which the seller swore was unlocked. But when I insert my (brand new - i.e. 3G) Vodafone SIM I'm getting the message "Insert correct USIM". Does this mean it's not unlocked? Any help appreciated, Colm

not sure - could be a doggy sim card perhaps. do you know anyone else with a vodafone 3G or even a 3 3G sim card ? if the phone is indeed unlocked then it should read theirs without any problems.

vice-versa you could insert your new 3G card into theirs providing they are same network or are unlocked.

at least this way you should be able to rule out either the phone or your new sim card.
