    Think of Boards as "Internet Busking".

    You can listen for free, you can sing along for free too if you like, and if the humour takes you throw a few shekels in the hat so that the show can go on. It'll go on if you do, it'll go on if you don't and it'll even keep going on if you go away. Very Zen really.
