different customer service levels county to county

Hi I am now sure there are dirrerent customer service levels from county to county. ntl Galway have an office and also Guys roaming about selling.checking services and illegal connections. Limerick is similar, met no-one before leaving Dublin and don't know of public office in Dublin. moved to galway for weekdays and ntl…

moved to galway for weekdays and ntl bloke with a upc business card called the
third day I moved in.

Is it the same in other counties?
