    Hi All,

I really fancy me a set of Callaway X-20s and even though McGuirks seem pretty decently priced I was wondering if I got them online from the USA how much duty is charged? I cant seem to find any websites that show the duty rates (if they exist?).

I know a few people on here have done this - I'm looking at a set for $500, can anyone give me a rough est on the duty?

(I know I will also get raped with VAT, incl VAT on the delivery cost)
I am also going to US on holidays next month - could buy them over there, and get a bag too and bring them home with me? what you guys thing?

Try www.tgw.com, cheapest gear around. If your going over just bring them back, the custom guys in Dublin airport are either never there or half asleep. You'd be pretty unlucky to be stopped. Just scuff up the clubs a bit and post back the receipts. Only downside is that you will need an address in the US to deliver them first to.

    Here's the link for the Callaway's http://www.tgw.com/customer/category/product.jsp?SUBCATEGORY_ID=8556
