I wouldn't advise it!:) If you put money (or pornographic images) in with your paper you get heavily penalised. I doubt it would be as drastic with a letter but I wouldn't bother. I'd spend the time I'd waste writing a letter on a question. Plus, if there is something that you feel is hindering your performance - a tummy bug for example - it's possible to get the supervisor to include a letter in with your paper.

Most likely nothing. I don't see why they'd fail you... but they won't give you extra marks, that's for sure. They'd be fired by their inspector lol.

My Irish teacher tells us all about the notes he see's in exam booklets when he corrects papers... One was in an ordinary level paper 2 booklet.. nothing written at all except for a few dodgy compass swirls and a picture of a donkey with a rope around its neck entitled "Pleas help pull a ass trew" (sic)

In short: they ignore notes. You either failed or you didn't!

Nah the examiners love the pornography. Along with €500 notes.

It's so odd! It states, in the blue books we're given that have all the rules regarding the LC, that "submission of material of a pornographic nature or any other offensive material or the inclusion of any cash/cheque in the script may result in the examination in all subjects being disallowed".

The sad thing is that because they feel the need to state that we can't put porn in the answer books this has happened before!

i heard the geography teacher in our school had to correct a booklet with elvis drawings and poems dedicated to him or the lyrics of his songs or something like that before! if someone's brave enough to do it they should get more marks!
