Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

as fair as i remeber, dial 172 and re-record a new greeting, after the beep keep pressing hash and it should revert back to default.

Could also ask care to remove your voicemail and then re-add it.

Do as mobileplaza has explained, and if that doesn't work for you call Customer Care and they can reset it.

Beats calling cust care for little bits of info. I believe it's dial 172, press 1, then 1 again, then press # just after (or before, i can't remember) the beep to record a message.
